Flexible Identity

The interiors are envisioned as minimal but sophisticated, balancing functionality with a refined aesthetic. Soft seating arrangements create a sense of coziness, while the use of natural materials and subtle color palettes ensures a timeless identity adaptable to diverse contexts. One of the key principles of the Novu concept is flexibility: while the core identity remains consistent, each branch will be reinterpreted according to the dynamics of its location. This allows the patisserie to reflect a unified brand language while maintaining a sense of uniqueness in every setting.
